Bookings Policy plus Terms and Conditions for Rueditas On The Go LLC
Introduction
Welcome to Rueditas On The Go! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our golf cart rental services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Reservations and Payments
- Booking: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.
- Pricing: Our daily rental price is $65 per vehicle for 24 hours, plus a maintenance fee, state tax (IVU 10.5%), municipal tax (IVU 1%), and a compulsory insurance fee of $15 per day. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Deposit: A fully refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Upon return and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to the same card on file.
- Reservation Confirmation: To complete your reservation, payment of the total amount is required. The card used must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days (one week) before the rental period will receive a full refund minus the processing fee for the initial order. Cancellations made within 7 days (one week) of the rental period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental price.
- No Shows: If the client does not show up to pick up the vehicle nor contact the corresponding office before the scheduled time, the reservation will be canceled, and the total paid amount will be retained.
- Late Arrivals: We do not offer credit for unused hours. We strongly recommend that clients select a schedule that fits their arrival and departure times.
- Inevitable Circumstances: In case of extraordinary events beyond the company’s control that prevent us (Rueditas On The Go LLC) from providing our rental services, the client may request a 75% refund.
Rental Terms
- Driver Requirements: All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Usage: The rental vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental period.
- Maintenance: Renters must ensure the vehicle is kept in good condition. Any damages or mechanical issues must be reported immediately.
- Return: Vehicles must be returned on time and to the agreed location. A $35 penalty applies for every 15 minutes that passes after the scheduled return time. If you return the car to a different location from the agreed return location without our permission, you agree to pay an unauthorized return location fee specified by us.
Liability and Insurance
- Damage and Loss: The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period. This includes theft, accidents, and any other incidents.
- Insurance: The compulsory insurance covers basic liability. Additional insurance coverage must be provided by the renter.
Responsibility Waiver
- Risk Acceptance: I accept that the use of the rental Golf Cart will be at my own risk.
- Driver Compliance: Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and comply with all applicable laws related to motor vehicle operation. Any unauthorized use of the rental golf cart will result in the automatic forfeiture of the rental agreement, cancellation, and immediate return of the golf cart with no refund. The use of the safety belt is compulsory for all passengers.
- Passenger Safety: The minimum height to use golf carts is 4′ 9″ (145 cm). For safety, passengers should keep their feet firmly on the floor while the vehicle is in motion. Car seats or booster seats are not allowed on golf carts.
- Currency and Rates: Prices are based on the local currency (USD), converted at the exchange rate determined by Rueditas On The Go LLC. Rates are per vehicle and based on 24-hour periods. Rental costs may vary without prior notice until the reservation is completed.
- Indemnity: The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rueditas On The Go LLC, and its affiliates from any loss, damage, or legal action as a result of the operation of the vehicle by the renter and/or additional drivers.
- Personal Items: Rueditas On The Go LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle or in our facilities. If you hear any noise or feel unusual movement in the vehicle, you must notify us by phone at 407-694-7954 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If it’s outside business hours, an email should be sent to Bookings@RueditasOnTheGo.com, and we will contact you within a reasonable time. In case of an accident, a complaint must be filed immediately with the local authorities by calling 911. We must be notified by phone or email according to the time of the incident.
- Fuel: Gasoline must be at the same level as it was dispatched, otherwise, $10 per ¼ of missing gasoline will be charged.
- Cleanliness: A $30 fee will be charged if the golf cart is returned excessively dirty.
- Road Use: Golf carts must be driven exclusively on paved roads and/or roads in good condition. Golf carts cannot be driven on the beach, sand, mud areas, rocky areas, or roads that are not appropriate for golf carts. Any visible condition of the golf cart that indicates these actions will incur a $100 fee, and the renter will be charged for towing and/or extraction as well.
- Scope of Use: The rented vehicle may be for personal or commercial use. Subletting to individuals or other businesses is forbidden, without exceptions. Under no circumstance may you transit through sand or unsuitable roads for vehicles; otherwise, a $100 penalty will apply without distinction of person.
Limitation of Liability
- Service Availability: We strive to ensure our services are available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
- Indirect Damages: Rueditas On The Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
User Conduct
- Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal activities, misuse our services, or violate the rights of others.
- Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rueditas On The Go or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Use: Users are granted a limited license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
